Refund Policy

At Athnova Global, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. You may request a return within seven days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Please note that certain products, such as personalized, digital, or hygiene-related items, are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within five to seven business days. You will also receive an email confirmation once your refund has been initiated. If you do not receive your refund after seven business days, please check with your bank or payment provider first.
